Judy is a native Mainer. She and her artist husband, John, live in Arundel and are delighted that their adult children, Abra and Zeb, daughter-in-law, Katie, and grandsons, Jack, Keegan, and Max all live nearby. Judy is a member of several professional organizations, serves on a provider relations board, and has done volunteer work for several agencies and is a past athletic booster. Judy has spent most of her career in education and in clinical counseling which she thoroughly enjoys. She recently decided to act on her long-held interest in the real estate business, and along with her sister, Debbie, is a second-generation real estate agent. Judy takes pride in providing professional, ethical service to her clients. She is enthusiastic about helping you to meet your real estate needs whether you are looking to buy or to sell. It will be a pleasure to work for you.
Debbie is also a native Mainer and a life-long resident of this area. She has spent many years of her adult life teaching literacy in schools to students and teachers. An Associate Broker with the Downing Real Estate Agency for the past seven years and a Realtor, she grew up in a Real Estate family most recently working with her sister Judy. Debbie holds a Broker license and is also a Realtor, she is always involved in a Real Estate project with her builder husband Jim. Both children Dylan and Page are graduates of Syracuse University and work in graphic design and teaching. Debbie loves to find just the right property for her buyer and help her sellers list and sell their properties. Call her or Judy they "work together for you."
Joy, originally from western Massachusetts, now lives with her husband, two sons, and three dogs in Kennebunkport. She is an active volunteer in the schools and the community. As members of the Arundel Yacht Club and the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust the family spends time together sailing, hiking and biking on the coast of Maine.
Joy graduated from Harvard University with a M. Ed. specializing in arts and education. She has served as the Director of Education at Greater Portland Landmarks, an organization specializing in the preservation of historic buildings. Joy continues to pursue her passion for architectural history, and brings this enthusiasm and experience to the Real Estate field. Whether you are buying or selling she is dedicated to understanding the individual needs of each client, and will provide the highest level of service for you.
Devon has lived in York County her entire life. She and her husband, George currently live in Kennebunk with their precious one-year old daughter, Eva. Devon has a degree in Business Administration and has spent most of her career in customer service. In her leisure time she loves to travel, and has been an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and the United Way . Devon has been a real estate agent since 2006, and enjoys partnering with both new buyers to find their “dream” home, and sellers to have the optimal experience in the sale of their home.
